Vehicle Listings and Pricing

• Advertised prices do not include sales tax, title, registration, license, documentation or other government fees unless stated otherwise
• Every vehicle is subject to prior sale. A vehicle shown on this website may no longer be available
• Photos may show features, options or accessories that differ from the actual vehicle
• Mileage shown is approximate. The odometer disclosure statement provided at the time of sale is the official mileage
• We are not bound by pricing or description errors and may correct them at any time
• Please confirm availability, price, equipment and condition with us before you buy

A listing on this website is not an offer to sell. A sale is final only when a written purchase agreement has been signed by you and by us and payment has been received.

Used Vehicles and “As Is” Sales

Most of our vehicles are classic, vintage, or previously owned. Each used vehicle offered for sale displays a Buyers Guide as required by the Federal Trade Commission’s Used Car Rule. The information on the Buyers Guide for a vehicle is part of your sales contract and overrides any contrary provisions in the contract.

Unless the Buyers Guide or your written purchase agreement says otherwise, vehicles are sold “as is,” with no dealer warranty, express or implied. Any remaining manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not by us. Older vehicles may have wear and conditions that are typical for their age. We encourage you to review the photos and condition report for any vehicle carefully and to ask us any questions before you buy.

Any return or adjustment terms, including the inspection period after delivery, are described in our Return Policy and will be confirmed with you in writing at the time of sale.

Deposits and Purchases

We may accept a deposit to hold a vehicle for you. The deposit amount, how long we will hold the vehicle, and whether the deposit is refundable will be stated in writing when you place it. If we are unable to deliver the vehicle as described, your deposit will be refunded.

The final terms of any purchase, including price, fees and payment, are set out in your written purchase agreement.

Financing

Any payment estimates shown on this website are for illustration only. They are not an offer of credit or a guarantee of approval, rate or payment. Financing, if available, is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval and the lender’s terms.

Delivery

We can help arrange delivery of your vehicle. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of weather, carrier schedules or other events outside our control. Costs, timing and responsibilities for delivery will be confirmed with you in writing before the vehicle is on its way. See our Shipping page for more information.

No Guarantees or Warranties

This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

Limitation of Liability
