Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to make our website work, to understand how visitors use it, and to improve our marketing.

We use, or may use, Meta Business Tools such as the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API. These tools help us:
- Understand how visitors interact with our website
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising
- Show relevant ads to people on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
Third parties, including Meta, may use cookies, web beacons and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from our website and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and to target ads. We may also use analytics providers that use cookies to help us understand website traffic.
Section 06
Your Advertising Choices
You can limit or opt out of interest-based advertising and the collection of information for that purpose:
Opting out does not mean you will stop seeing ads. It means the ads you see may be less relevant to you. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common standard for these signals, our website does not currently respond to them.

- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or transferred
Our service providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
Section 08
Text Messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, vehicles and offers. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Section 09
Financing and Credit Applications
If you ask us to help you apply for vehicle financing, the information you provide on a credit application is shared with lenders to evaluate your request. That information is also protected under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We will give you a separate privacy notice that explains how we handle financial information at the time you apply.
We do not share credit application or other financial information with advertising platforms such as Meta.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. For example, we keep inquiry information while we are helping you and for a reasonable time afterward, and we keep sales, title and tax records for as long as the law requires.
