We believe a good policy should be easy to understand. Here is what is and is not covered.
Eligible for Return
- Deposits, when an order is cancelled before the vehicle is on its way.
- Vehicles that do not match their written condition report, reported during the inspection period.
- Vehicles returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Not Eligible
- Vehicles that have been modified or altered after delivery.
- Vehicles damaged after delivery, or used beyond reasonable inspection.
- Requests made after the inspection period has ended.
The exact inspection period and any applicable fees are confirmed in writing at the time of purchase, so everything is agreed before your car is on its way.
